High-end materials and idyllic location 300 meters from the old town and 200 meters from the lake on foot and 300 meters from bike and boat rentals.
You have a garage available for 1 car.
1 bicycle parking is also available in the common areas.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and equipment of the accommodation
- removing food from the fridge
The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
As stipulated in the announcement we would like to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, sanctions could be taken against you if the neighborhood would contact us.
The residence was delivered with cameras placed in all the goods, of course the cameras do not work.
We have owner certification that the system is inactive.
