In a magnificent 49 m2 apartment delivered in September 2021 offering you a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a terrace.
The old town of Annecy being a few minutes on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without having to take your car.
You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bike room at your disposal.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
