Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, less than 600 meters from the lake and the cycle path, and only 15 minutes by car from Annecy and 30 minutes by bike along the lake, this apartment is ideal for quiet rest.
You will find local shops and restaurants there.
Located 50 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and 1h15 min from Méribel and Courchevel resorts, the location is ideal for hiking in the summer and a day of skiing in the winter.
Hikes are available in Duingt, suitable for adults and children, you can discover a pleasant rural atmosphere during the day and discover the city of Annecy in the evening.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
