This Savoyard farmhouse chalet, entirely restored, built in the 18th century, combines the charm of the old with carefully thought-out amenities for your comfort. Enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, generous living spaces, and a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you want to relax.

Room 6 Col des ânes: 4 single beds

→ Flexible configurations in king-size double bed (on request) to combine comfort, privacy and conviviality.

Bathrooms:

- 2 bathrooms with independent showers, including 1 accessible for people with reduced mobility
- 2 separate bathroom areas with showers and toilets: Multiple showers in each area for greater comfort, even in groups
- 8 showers in total
- 8 toilets in total (inside bathrooms and individual)

Common room:

Enjoy a spacious and warm living space, with a fireplace, perfect for your cosy evenings after a day of hiking or mountain biking.

The large table can accommodate up to 20 guests, 35 if needed, ideal for sharing good meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen, semi-professional, is a true place of sharing: prepare delicious meals together, from a friendly breakfast to a Savoyard dinner.

And for an even more memorable experience, hire a private chef and let yourself be carried away.

Access & Practical Information

Located in Le Grand‑Bornand, access is regulated to preserve the alpine environment, but we will guide you step by step for your arrival and we will take care of your luggage if necessary.

- Smoking prohibited inside

- For the protection of the Alpine pasture, animals are not permitted

- Bed linen and towels are mandatory and included in the total rental amount.

Housekeeping does not include:

- Washing, drying and putting away the dishes.

- The arrangement of furniture and equipment.

- Removing foodstuffs from the refrigerator.

- Cleaning of household appliances

- Taking out the rubbish
