Come and take advantage of this idyllic, very quiet location with your feet in the water to share an unforgettable stay by the lake.
In a magnificent property of 3000 m2 you will have at your disposal the entire ground floor of this charming holiday chalet (the first floor is private), i.e. 66m2 in total independence and on one level.
The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, two of which have a washbasin (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds, 1 with a single bed + 1 pull-out bed with folding feet which allow it to be placed at the same level as the other for a double bed (an adapted system makes it possible to fill the space between the two mattresses), 1 living room opening onto the garden with lake and mountain views, a dining area, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 WC separate.
The owners are committed to preserving your tranquility and privacy and will not be present during rental periods, unless there is a specific need (garden maintenance or other) to ensure optimal cleanliness.
A footpath runs along the shore of the lake and allows various points of access to the water. The sailing school is very close (5 minutes on foot), the port is 600 m away, with its boat / pedalo rentals, the passage of water buses (in season only) and the sandy beach (equipped and supervised ).
The bike path is a few minutes away. Laid out on the old railway line between Annecy and Val de Chaise (Marlens), it offers cyclists and rollerbladers a dedicated route of almost 33 km.
Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Cleaning and linen are provided by professionals before and after each rental.

Housekeeping includes:
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and toilets
- disinfection of the accommodation
Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and equipment of the accommodation
- removing food from the fridge
The beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
