• Room 3: "Bluffy" two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to create a king-size bed, adjoining bathroom, luxury dressing room, private balcony with lake view.

A staircase will lead you to a vast living space under a magnificent wooden frame, including a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining or meeting table, and a kitchen area offering a spectacular view of the lake and the city of Annecy.

The Bonaparte Domain includes two villas: Villa Josephine and Villa Savoie.
When you book the Villa Savoie, you access the property through the large gate, then head towards the first villa. The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are private and not shared.
Only the main alley and the parking lot are shared. Three parking spaces will be allocated for your stay.

As the property is not fenced, please keep your animals under control and respect the tranquility of neighboring properties. Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
