For stays of more than one week and at least 15 days, a mandatory and complimentary cleaning will be carried out by our cleaning team to refresh the spaces. This includes refreshing the bathrooms, kitchen, and living area floors.

We also welcome a wide range of events such as wellness retreats, film shoots, brand launches, photo shoots, advertising shoots, sports clubs, modelling agencies, seminars, work meetings (Executive Committee, Management Committee, etc.) and much more.

Traveller Access
The Bonaparte Domain includes two villas: Villa Joséphine and Villa Savoie.

When you book Villa Joséphine, you access the property through the large gate at the end of the driveway. The spa/wellness facilities, as well as the front and rear terraces, are entirely private and not shared.

Only the main alley and the car park are shared. Three parking spaces will be allocated for your stay.

We are delighted to welcome you and hope you will have an unforgettable stay. To ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of all, here are some rules to follow during your stay:

Rules to follow:
Respect for property and neighbours 🏡: We ask you to respect the tranquillity of the place and its surroundings. Please avoid any excessive noise and behaviour that may disturb the neighbourhood.

No parties or events 🚫🎉: To preserve the calm and pleasant atmosphere of the neighbourhood, we do not allow unauthorized parties or events.

No smoking 🚭: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Animals 🐶: We welcome dogs (maximum 2, contact us for more details) with additional fees. If damage or lack of cleanliness is noted after your departure, restoration fees may be applied. As the property is not fenced, please keep your animals under control and respect the tranquillity of neighbouring properties. Dogs are not allowed in the Pool House or in the swimming pool.

Services included in your stay:
Household linen 🛏️: Beds will be made upon your arrival, according to the number of registered participants and your specific requests.

Bathrooms 🚿: You will find towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel, bath mat, bathrobe, slippers and 1 pool towel), welcome products, a hairdryer and a tissue box.

Kitchen 🍽️: The kitchens are equipped with tea towels and welcome products.
Upon request, we can organize your arrival shopping.

Linen change 🔄: A sheet change is available for an additional charge of £25 per bed.

Cleaning service 🧹: Additional cleaning is available at €46 per hour, or at a flat rate if you want a regular service.
For stays of more than one week and at least 15 days, a mandatory refresher cleaning included in your stay will be carried out. This cleaning includes refreshing the bathrooms, kitchen, and living space floors. However, if the villa is deemed very dirty, additional charges may be applied at the rate of €46/hour for extra cleaning hours.

Baby Equipment 👶: A baby cot, a high chair, a bathtub, a changing mat, bibs and baby tableware can be provided free of charge. A supplement may be applied depending on the quantity requested.
